SportsArt Plate Loaded Rear Kick - A975

The SportsArt Fitness A975 Rear Kick is a commercial plate-loaded strength machine that targets the lower body, primarily the gluteal muscles and rear-end muscles. Kickback training on the A975 is done by standing on one leg with the opposite leg extended back with the foot planted on the footplate. The weight resistance from the weight plates loaded onto the machine will effectively work your glutes for a shapelier and better-looking butt. 

The A975 features an adjustable chest pad that accommodates a full range of heights and leg lengths. The foot plate is attached to a lever with an angled plate post to fit an Olympic plate's 2" center hole.  The upward angle of the plate post keeps the plates safely in place during the kickbacks motion throughout a workout. The A975 has a maximum weight plate capacity of 500 lbs for intense, heavy-weight training. 

The welded heavy-duty steel frame has a sleek appearance created through oval tube steel. Electrostatic powder coating insures the frame finish is scratch-free and ding-resistant for long-term, heavy use. High-density, molded foam pad for greater comfort & durability. Rubber non-skid feet cover base frame supports to avoid sliding of machine or scratching of floors.
